Tim leads Diverso Energy's business development efforts working with new clients and identifying new market opportunities.
Tim has over 25 years in the HVAC industry with 13 of those focused exclusively on geothermal. With a broad knowledge of HVAC design and applications, geothermal and commercial real estate, Tim has the ability to assist clients in identifying projects which best align with the Diverso Energy model and helping them maximize their economic benefit.
Jon Mesquita, MBA
Jon's primary focus is the business management of Diverso Energy including business operations, business development and legal negotiations.
Jon has over 15 years of business management, operations and sales experience in various industries.
Jon holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto, Canada.
Sergio Almeida, P.Eng.
Sergio leads our technical team, ensuring seamless coordination with the client design and construction teams.
Throughout his career in the design and delivery of building HVAC systems, Sergio has developed a specific expertise in delivering fully integrated geothermal systems that are proven to maximize the return. He capitalizes on his detailed knowledge of control systems and mechanical equipment to optimize system performance and find the greatest long‐term value for building owners
Connor's primary focus with Diverso is sales and business development. He leads the direct sales and marketing initiatives for the firm.
Connor has over 10 years of sales and management experience. Most recently leading the sales team for a national LED retrofit and HVAC services company. His experience in the commercial real estate industry makes him uniquely positioned to help clients achieve the maximum benefit and have an unparalleled customer experience when working with Diverso Energy.
Glenn leads our implementation team for all active projects, coordinating between our subtrades and our clients to ensure a seamless integration into the building construction.
Glenn has over 10 years of residential geothermal sales and installation experience having co-founded and managed multiple geothermal businesses in both Ontario and New England.
